Omron D6F-200L is a MEMS Air Flow Sensor housed in a small package (26 x 22 x 19mm), designed to achieve high precision measurement of gas flow rate. The sensor offers high accuracy. Span accuracy is ±3% at 25ºC over the range of ±500Pa. Span shift due to temperature variation is less than ±0.5% per 10ºC at any given pressure. Other features include I2C digital output, low pressure drop (max. 300Pa at 200L/min), and fast response time of max. 5ms at 16bit. D6F-200L Flow Sensor is ideal for medical applications such as CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure), ventilator, anesthesia, and oxygen concentrators.
