CI de protectores de baterías de iones de litio apilables bq7790x

Los CI de protectores de baterías de iones de litio apilables de las series 3 a 5 de bq7790x de Texas Instruments son protectores de paquetes de baterías de baja potencia que implementan un conjunto de protecciones de temperatura, corriente y tensión. Estas protecciones se realizan sin el control del microcontrolador (MCU). Los umbrales de protección y tiempos de retardo se programan en fábrica y están disponibles en distintas configuraciones. Se proporcionan umbrales de alta y baja temperatura para descarga (OTD y UTD) y carga (OTC y UTC) con el fin de obtener una mayor flexibilidad. Estos dispositivos logran la protección de paquetes a través de los controladores independientes CHG y NMOS FET de lado inferior DSG integrados, que se pueden deshabilitar a través de dos pines de control.
