Bidirectional Symmetrical ESD-Protection Diodes

Vishay Bidirectional Symmetrical (BiSy) ESD-Protection Diodes are for CAN and FLEX-Bus applications. They come in a small SOT-323 package, 2.3x2.1mm with a low 0.95mm profile, for more compact applications. These space-saving single-line VLIN26A1-03G or dual-line VCAN26A2-03G diodes offer low capacitance and leakage current for the protection of automotive data lines against transient voltage signals.
