ISO643x/ISO643x-Q1 Digital Isolators

Texas Instruments ISO643x/ISO643x-Q1 Triple-Channel Digital Isolators are designed for applications requiring up to a 5000V_RMS isolation rating per UL 1577. These general-purpose devices are certified by VDE, TÜV, and CQC. The ISO643x and ISO643x-Q1 devices provide high EMC performance while isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os, and use SiO2 as the isolation barrier. Each isolation channel has an output buffer and logic input separated by the insulation barrier. The respective outputs can be set to high impedance using the enable pin provided with each device. Texas Instruments ISO6431/ISO6431-Q1 and ISO6431F/ISO6431F-Q1 devices have one reverse-direction channel. In the event of signal or input power loss, the default output is high for devices without the suffix F and low for devices with the suffix F. The ISO643x-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
