Sensores 3D TLV493D

Los sensores 3D TLV493D de Infineon ofrecen una detección tridimensional muy precisa y con un consumo muy bajo. Los sensores están disponibles en paquetes TSOP de 6 pines con unas dimensiones reducidas. La detección de campo magnético 3D del sensor TLV493D, su bajo consumo energético, estabilidad magnética a altas temperaturas y tamaño de paquete reducido permiten que las aplicaciones sean más pequeñas, más precisas y más eficientes energéticamente.

XENSIV™ Magnetic Speed Sensors

Infineon Technologies XENSIV™ Hall-, GMR- and TMR-based magnetic speed sensors are designed specifically for measuring speed in safety and powertrain applications, such as speedometers, ABS, camshafts/crankshafts, and automatic transmissions. These sensors are also applied in similar industrial applications. The speed sensors utilize a ferromagnetic gear tooth or encoder structure to measure linear or rotational speed and position. A Hall-based sensor, for instance, measures rotational speed using a gear tooth and a magnetic encoder wheel. Additionally, the majority of these sensors offer several enhanced features, such as integrated capacitors for superior EMC robustness and top-tier ESD protection.

XENSIV™ 3D Magnetic Sensors

Infineon XENSIV 3D Magnetic sensors offer accurate three-dimensional sensing with extremely low power consumption in a small 6-pin package. With its magnetic field detection in x, y, and z-direction, the sensor reliably measures three-dimensional, linear and rotation movements. Applications span from joysticks, control elements, and multifunction knops for smart home applications to white goods. Another field of application is electric meters (anti-tampering). The XENSIV 3D Magnetic Sensors are utilized in all types of robots, industrial and service ones as well as in drones. Automotive environment applications such as indicators and gear shifters rely on Infineon’s 3D sensors. Other applications that require accurate angular measurements or low-power consumption are ideal for using magnetic sensors. The XENSIV 3D Magnetic Sensors are designed for all kinds of sensing applications including out-of-shaft angle measurement and position detection.

XENSIV™ Magnetic Linear Hall Sensors

Infineon XENSIV™ Magnetic Linear Hall Sensors are tailored to the needs of highly accurate angular and linear position detection and current measurement applications. The sensors measure the vertical component of a magnetic field and outputs a signal that is directly proportional to the magnetic field. These high-precision 12-bit resolution linear hall sensors feature EEPROM memory for flexible programming across various parameters.
