Etapa de potencia de tipo Buck síncrono NexFET™ Smart

La etapa de potencia de tipo Buck síncrono NexFET™ Smart de Texas Instruments tiene un tamaño estándar en la industria y cuenta con un diseño altamente optimizado para su uso en un convertidor tipo Buck síncrono de alta potencia y alta densidad. Para completar la función de conmutación de la etapa de potencia, el dispositivo integra el CI del controlador y MOSFET de potencia. Estas características proporcionan una capacidad de conmutación de alta corriente, alta eficiencia y alta velocidad en un paquete de tamaño reducido. Al mejorar la precisión y simplificar el diseño de los sistemas, la etapa de potencia de tipo Buck NexFET™ Smart integra funciones precisas de detección de corriente y temperatura. La finalización del diseño general del sistema se simplifica, además de producirse una reducción en el tiempo necesario para el diseño al optimizar el tamaño de la PCB.
