Parker Chomerics THERM-A-GAP™ GEL 37 3.7W/m-K Dispensable Gels offer a high-performance, single-component, thermal interface material with 3.7W/m-K thermal conductivity. The GEL 37 series is designed to conduct heat from electronics to a heat sink or enclosure, and the heavy, paste-like consistency provides controlled dispensing. These gels have a 30g/min flow rate and can be applied in variable thicknesses to meet application needs. Parker Chomerics THERM-A-GAP GEL 37 3.7W/m-K Dispensable Gels require only low compressive force to deform under assembly pressure to reduce stress on components, solder joints, and leads.
