STMicroelectronics 5.1MP CMOS Image Sensors include feature-rich RGB-NIR and monochrome sensors for consumer and industrial imaging applications. The VB1943/VD1943 sensors capture color and NIR images, while the VB5943/VD5943 sensors support monochrome imaging from the visible region to NIR.
