Power Schottky Low VF Diodes

STMicroelectronics Power Schottky Low VF Diodes feature the lowest possible forward voltage drop (VF). The diodes are ideal for applications requiring the highest possible level of efficiency. STMicroelectronics Power Schottky Low VF Diodes are available from 15V up to 120V. Typical applications include OR-ing diodes in server applications, rectification in notebook adapters, or freewheeling in desktop or industrial switch-mode power supplies (SMPS).
