Bulgin AO Series Active Optical HDMI Connectors
Bulgin AO Series Active Optical HDMI Connectors are HDMI 2.1 cable assemblies designed to support long-distance, high-bandwidth video transmission. The series combines OM3 optical fiber and copper conductors in a hybrid cable architecture, enabling 48Gbps data transfer and supporting resolutions up to 8K at 60Hz. Available configurations include HDMI Type A-to-Type A, Type A-to-Type D, and Type D-to-Type D. The detachable connector variants expose HDMI Type D (Micro HDMI) interfaces for installations where a smaller connector size is beneficial. These versions include a connector removal tool, an auxiliary USB power cable, and a protective case for the Type D connector. The AO Series is offered with either standard PVC-jacketed cables or armored TPU-jacketed cables for added mechanical protection.
