STPS41H100C 100V Power Schottky Rectifiers

STMicroelectronics STPS41H100C 100V Power Schottky Rectifiers are dual center tab Schottky rectifiers suited for switch mode power supply and high-frequency DC-to-DC converters. These devices have a 40A average forward current (IF(AV)) rating per device and a storage temperature range of -65°C to +175°C. Packaged in D2PAK, I2PAK, and TO-220AB, the STMicroelectronics STPS41H100C devices are optimized for use in high-frequency inverters.
