BAT54-Y Automotive Schottky Diodes

STMicroelectronics BAT54-Y Automotive Schottky Diodes feature low conduction, reverse losses, negligible switching losses, extremely fast switching, and low forward and reverse recovery times. These surface-mount AEC-Q101-qualified small signal Schottky diodes are PPAP capable, ECOPACK^®2 compliant and use 40V Schottky barrier diodes. The BAT54-Y Schottky diodes are available in SOT-23 and SOT-323 packages.
