ADG54x Bi-Directional Fault Protection Switches

Analog Devices ADG5412BF/ADG5413BF Bi-Directional Fault Protection Quad SPST Switches feature four independently controlled single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches for bi-directional overvoltage protection up to −55V and +55V. The ADG5412BF consists of four switches that turn on with Logic 1 inputs, while the ADG5413BF includes two switches that turn on and two switches that turn off with Logic 1 inputs.
