Vishay VEMDx60x01 Silicon PIN Photodiodes are high-speed, high-sensitivity PIN photodiodes with excellent I_ra linearity. The series is AEC-Q101-qualified for automotive use and housed in small, low-profile surface-mount packaging. These photodiodes offer fast response times and are suitable for visible and near-infrared radiation.
