Schottkys de barrera Trench MOS TMBS®

Los schottkys de barrera Trench MOS TMBS® deVishay Semiconductorsson rectificadores Schottky de barrera Trench (TMBS®) patentados que están disponibles en siete intervalos de tensión desde 45 V hasta 200 V y en varias opciones de paquete diferentes para satisfacer una gran variedad de requisitos del sistema. TMBS ofrece varias ventajas con respecto a los rectificadores Schottky planos. A medida que la tensión de funcionamiento alcanza los 45 V o más, los rectificadores Schottky planos tienden a perder su ventaja de rápidas velocidades de conmutación y baja caída de tensión directa en proporciones considerables. La estructura TMBS patentada afronta este problema disminuyendo las inyecciones del portador en minoría a la región de desviación, por lo que las cargas almacenadas se minimizan y las velocidades de conmutación mejoran.
