SFH 7016 Multi Chip LEDs

ams OSRAM SFH 7016 Multi Chip LEDs are compact, highly integrated emitters designed for advanced health monitoring applications, including heart rate monitoring and pulse oximetry. The device combines three independently controllable LEDs in a single SMT package: a true green emitter at 530nm, a hyper-red emitter at 655nm, and an infrared emitter at 940nm. This multiwavelength configuration enables accurate photoplethysmography (PPG) measurements while simplifying optical module design and reducing overall system size. Housed in a clear silicone package and qualified for automated surface-mount assembly, the SFH 7016 is optimized for wearable medical and fitness devices that require reliable, high-performance optical sensing.
