RBRxx40ANZ Low VF Schottky Barrier Diodes

ROHM Semiconductor RBRxx40ANZ Schottky Barrier Diodes are cathode common dual type low VF diodes for general rectification. These diodes are manufactured using silicon epitaxial planar type construction and come in a TO-220FN package. The ROHM Semiconductor RBRxx40ANZ barrier diodes offer high reliability and are ideally suitable for switching power supplies and general rectification.
