Diodes Incorporated SBR20M150D1Q Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) provides a low forward voltage drop and high-temperature stability. This rectifier operates at 150V of peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) and 20A of average rectified output current (IO). The SBR20M150D1Q rectifier is available in a TO252 (DPAK) package case and offers level 1 per J-STD-020 of moisture sensitivity. This rectifier is designed to meet the requirements for automotive applications that combine low forward voltage drop with low leakage current and avalanche capability. The SBR20M150D1Q rectifier is RoHS compliant and AEC Q101 qualified, as this product meets the requirements for automotive applications.
