Diodes Incorporated DFLS1150Q Schottky Barrier Rectifier is a high voltage rectifier with guard ring die construction for transient protection. This rectifier has high efficiency, low power loss, and uses interlocking clip design for high surge current capacity. The DFLS1150Q rectifier from Diodes Incorporated is PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) capable and qualified to AEC-Q101 standard. This rectifier is free from lead, halogen, and antimony and has moisture sensitivity of level 1 as per J-STD-020 standard.
