Infineon Technologies CYBT-423054-02/CYBT-423060-02 EZ-BT™ WICED^® Modules are dual-mode BLUETOOTH^® BR/EDR and Low Energy (BLE) wireless module solutions. The CYBT-423054-02/CYBT-423060-02 WICED Module is a fully integrated, fully certified, programmable, BLUETOOTH® Smart Ready module designed to reduce time-to-market.

The CYBT-423054-02/CYBT-423060-02 Module contains the Infineon CYW20719 silicon device, onboard crystal oscillators, and passive components. The device supports various peripheral functions, including ADC and PWM. The CYBT-423060-02 includes onboard crystal oscillators, passive components, and the Infineon CYW20721 silicon device. Multiple serial communication protocols are also featured, including UART, SPI, I²C, and I²S/PCM. The EZ-BT WICED Modules are offered in a small 11mm × 11mm × 1.70mm module form factor with a royalty-free BLE stack compatible with BLUETOOTH® 5.0. The device produces 1024KB flash memory, 512KB SRAM memory, and an extended industrial temperature range of –30°C to +85°C.
