The X4-Class power MOSFETs are pin compatible with the standard TO-247 package and are easy to upgrade from existing designs for higher power output. These power MOSFETs feature low gate charge and low thermal resistance. Typical applications include DC load switch, battery protection, battery OR-ing, battery energy storage systems, and DC/DC buck-boost converters.
