Power Tools ME/MF DirectFET™ Kit

Infineon Technologies Power Tools ME/MF DirectFET™ Kit is a solution for low-voltage, battery-powered BLDC power tool motor drives based on the XMCTM1300 family. This kit includes both the power board and the drive card interfaced with a single connector. The board features onboard 5V and 12V power supplies for microcontroller and gate driver ICs, overcurrent, and overtemperature protection. This kit offers scalar BLDC motor speed control with three Hall sensors for speed monitoring based on the BLDC_SCALAR_HALL_XMC13. Infineon Technologies Power Tools ME/MF DirectFET Kit consists of configurable modulation schemes and flexible user configuration by DAVE™. The kit operates at a 6V to 40V supply voltage range and offers 50A maximum output current. The kit is ideal for cordless power tools.
