D-Sub SMT Connectors

Amphenol Commercial D-Subminiature (D-Sub) SMT Connectors feature a surface-mount termination (SMT) in standard form factors that meet DIN 41652 and MIL-C-24308 dimensional standards, making them interchangeable and intermateable with other connectors. These D-sub SMT connectors use high-temperature thermoplastic that withstands reflow soldering temperatures up to +260°C to facilitate SMT soldering. The series is UL recognized, lead free, and suitable for pick-and-place applications to save process time. The connectors offer secured grounding by riveting a clinch nut to the shell with foolproof torque and electrical continuity. Reliable connections are ensured by the proven socket contact design with a maximum coverage area, and a contact terminal design provides improved coplanarity. Amphenol Commercial D-Sub SMT Connectors withstand up to 500 mating / unmating cycles. Applications include network equipment, switches, controllers, process automation, and more.
