Supervisores de tensión TPS3840/TPS3840-Q1 Nanopower

Los supervisores de tensión de entrada alta TPS3840/TPS3840-Q1 Nanopower de Texas Instruments están disponibles con una entrada de tensión (Vin) amplia que permite el control de raíles o baterías de 9 V sin componentes externos y de raíles de 24 V con resistencias externas. Nano-Iq prolonga la vida útil de las baterías en aplicaciones de bajo consumo eléctrico y minimiza el consumo de corriente cuando se utilizan resistencias externas. El retardo de arranque rápido permite la detección de un fallo de tensión antes de que el resto del sistema se encienda, proporcionando una seguridad máxima en situaciones de fallo de arranque peligroso. La tensión baja de reinicio de encendido (VPOR) evita falsos reinicios y la activación prematura del siguiente dispositivo, además de ofrecer un control de transistores adecuado durante el encendido y el apagado.
