Supervisores de tensión de precisión TPS3850/TPS3851

Los supervisores de tensión de precisión TPS3850/TPS3851 de Texas Instruments combinan un supervisor de tensión de precisión con un temporizador de control por ventana programable. El comparador de ventanas TPS3850/TPS3851 alcanza una precisión del 0,8 % (–40 °C hasta +125 °C) tanto en los umbrales de sobretensión (VIT+(OV)) como en los de tensión insuficiente (VIT–(UV)). Además, el TPS3850/TPS3851 incluye histéresis precisa en ambos umbrales, lo que lo hace perfecto para utilizarlo con sistemas de tolerancia limitada. El retardo de REINICIO del supervisor puede fijarse mediante los ajustes de retardo programados de fábrica o programados mediante un condensador externo. El retardo de REINICIO programado de fábrica ofrece una temporización de retardo de alta precisión con un 15 % de precisión. El TPS3850/TPS3851 incluye un temporizador de control por ventana programable para una gran variedad de aplicaciones. La salida de ventana (WDO) exclusiva permite una mayor resolución para ayudar a determinar la naturaleza de la situación de fallo. Los dispositivos TPS3850-Q1 cuentan con la homologación AEC-Q100 para aplicaciones de automoción.
