MOTIX™ IMD70xA Controller & Gate Drivers

Infineon Technologies MOTIX™ IMD70xA BLDC Integrated Controller and Smart 3 Phase Gate Drivers integrate a fully programmable XMC1404 ARM® Cortex®-M0 microcontroller and a 6EDL7141 60V three-phase smart gate driver with a power supply. The XMC1404 and 6EDL7141 allow an ultra-compact design for driving applications up to 60V. This design includes a complete power supply required in the system (synchronous buck converter and LDO), three current sense amplifiers, protections, and a remarkable set of configurations to adjust to specific needs.
