PNE650 Hyperfast Recovery Rectifiers

Nexperia PNE650 Hyperfast Recovery Rectifiers are high-power-density, hyperfast switching recovery rectifiers utilising high-efficiency planar technology. Nexperia PNE650 rectifiers are housed in a D2PAK Real-2-Pin (SOT8018) package. The devices boast a reverse voltage (V_R) of ≤650V, forward current (I_F) of up to ≤20A and a typical switching time (t_rr) of 20ns. The rectifiers ensure reliable performance with Pt-doped lifetime control, low inductance and a planar die design.
