SAM9N ARM926 Highly Integrated Microprocessors

Microchip Technology SAM9N ARM926 Highly Integrated Microprocessors feature the frequently requested combination of user interface functionality and high data rate connectivity, including LCD Controller, resistive touch-screen, multiple UARTs, SPI, I2C, Full Speed USB Host, and SDIO. An internal 125MHz multi-layer bus architecture associated with 8 DMA channels, and a distributed memory, including a 32KB SRAM, sustains the high bandwidth required by the processor and high-speed peripherals. The Microchip Technology SAM9N ARM926 Highly Integrated Microprocessors' embedded MPUs run at 400MHz and are ideal for cost-sensitive applications in industrial markets. The SAM9N12 supports next-generation memories, a solid peripheral set with multiple connectivity interfaces, low power consumption, and reduced system cost through innovative design techniques.
