VSSAF5N50 Trench Schottky Rectifier

Vishay VSSAF5N50 Trench Schottky Rectifier is very low profile and built with trench MOS Schottky technology. This rectifier is constructed from molding compound meeting UL 94V-0 flammability rating. The VSSAF5N50 rectifier features low power losses, high efficiency, and low forward voltage drop. This rectifier is available with Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) 1 and is RoHS compliant. The VSSAF5N50 operates at maximum DC reverse voltage of 35V with operating junction temperature range from -40ºC to 150ºC. The VSSAF5N50 is ideal for low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications.

eSMP® Package Evolution

Vishay Semiconductors Diodes and Rectifiers in the enhanced surface-mount power (eSMP^®) package deliver higher current handling and power efficiency with a unique design that promotes better thermal performance and reliability. These space-saving miniature devices feature low profiles and come in asymmetrical and symmetrical flat-type versions. Typical applications include automotive, industrial, and telecommunications.

Vishay General Semiconductor eSMP SlimSMA Trench MOS (TMBS) Schottky Rectifiers come in a DO-221AC SlimSMA case. AEC-Q101-qualified versions are available. Typical applications include high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection in commercial, industrial, and automotive applications.
