TPS92682EVM-125 Controller Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments TPS92682EVM-125 Controller Evaluation Module (EVM) features a two-channel, constant voltage (CH1) and constant current (CH2) coupled inductor SEPIC regulator. This is based on the TPS92682 two-channel controller with an SPI interface device. It is designed to operate with an input voltage from 7V to 28V and maximum output power of 15W. The evaluation module may support maximum input power of 30W. The constant voltage channel of the evaluation module can provide a maximum output voltage of 30V, which is programmable via SPI. The constant-current channel of the evaluation module can provide a maximum output current of 1.7A, which is programmable via SPI. The Texas Instruments TPS92682 evaluation software package provides a computer-based graphical user interface (GUI), allowing the user to control the output-current and monitor the fault reporting features.

The fully assembled and tested board is powered by the Arm® Cortex®-M3 or 80C51 (IS31FL3235A-QFLS2-EB) with a 5V operating supply voltage. The evaluation boards have multiple display modes.
