AD411x Integrated ±10V & 0-20mA AFE; 24-Bit SD ADC

Analog Devices AD411x Low Power 24-bit Analog to Digital Converters (ADCs) are low noise, sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) converters. These ADCs integrate an Analog Front End (AFE) for fully differential or single-ended inputs. The AD411x ADCs offer ≥1MΩ bipolar high impedance, ±10V voltage inputs, and 0mA to 20mA current inputs. These ADCs also integrate key analog and digital signal conditioning blocks to configure eight individual setups for each analog input channel in use.
