Passive Voltage Probes

Tektronix Passive Voltage Probes provide a cost-effective and general-purpose probing solution and offer bandwidth up to 1GHz. The low input capacitance of 3.9pF minimizes probe loading effects and also helps to minimize the performance loss when long ground leads are attached. Tektronix Passive Voltage Probes feature automated probe compensation, eliminating the need for a compensation screwdriver. These probes lack the performance of an active-voltage probe but provide the ruggedness and wide dynamic range suitability for visualizing signals over a broad range of applications.
