OPTIREG TLS8x0A4 Linear Voltage Regulators

Infineon Technologies OPTIREG TLS8x0A4 Linear Voltage Regulators offer an input voltage range of 3.2V to 40V and an ultra-low quiescent current of 4.3μA at light load. The Infineon Technologies OPTIREG TLS8x0A4 is ideal for automotive and battery-connected supply systems. The devices feature a loop concept combining fast regulation and high stability, requiring only a 4.7μF ceramic capacitor at the output. The typical dropout voltage is below 190mV at an output current below 100mA. Internal protection mechanisms, like output current limitation and overtemperature shutdown, safeguard the devices from failures like output short circuits, overcurrent, and overheating. The operating range begins at an input voltage of just 3.2V, ensuring reliable performance during cranking conditions in automotive applications.
