A31301 3D Linear Hall-Effect Sensors

Allegro MicroSystems A31301 3D Linear Hall-Effect Sensors are flexible, three-axis Hall-effect magnetic sensor ICs capable of measuring the applied flux density in any 1-, 2-, or 3-axes and calculating the angle in up to any two user-defined planes. The A31301 comes in three standard field configurations of ±600G, ±1400G, or ±2000G. These 3mm x 3mm x 0.8mm, 10-contact DFN-packaged (“EJ”) devices are available preconfigured for SPI or I²C interfaces. The magnetic temperature coefficient is customer-programmable, with a factory default trim for neodymium magnets.
