Versatile CMOS Image Sensors

onsemi Versatile CMOS Image Sensors come in two variants such as VITA image sensors, and KAC image sensors. The VITA image sensors are rolling / global shutter image sensors that combine flexibility in configuration and resolution with high speed and high sensitivity. These image sensors feature a 1.3MP to 26.2MP resolution, 4.5µm to 4.8µm pixel size, and 75fps to 160fps maximum frame rate. The VITA sensors provide pipelined and triggered global shutter with dual readout, rolling shutter with Correlated Double Sampling (CDS), and multiple regions of interest. Typical applications include machine vision, intelligent transportation systems, surveillance, and other applications that demand high functionality while delivering excellent image clarity.
