UCC23511/UCC23511-Q1 Gate Drivers

Texas Instruments UCC23511/UCC23511-Q1 Gate Drivers are opto-compatible, single channel, isolated gate drivers for IGBTs, MOSFETs, and SiC MOSFETs. The devices feature a 1.5A source, 2A sink peak output current, and 5.7kVRMS reinforced isolation rating. The high supply voltage range of 33V allows the use of bipolar supplies to drive IGBTs and SiC power FETs effectively. The UCC23511/UCC23511-Q1 can drive low- and high-side power FETs.
