TB67H45 Brushed Motor Drivers

Toshiba TB67H45 Brushed Motor Drivers are Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) chopper-type DC brushed motor drivers. These devices support PWM constant current drive and direct PWM drive. The TB67H45 Motor Drivers are fabricated using a BiCD process that integrates Bipolar, CMOS, and Double-diffused MOS (DMOS) devices on a single chip. The TB67H45 Motor Drivers feature a built-in output MOSFET with low on-resistance and a V_CC regulator for the internal circuit operation. These devices also include error detection functions like thermal shutdown (TSD), over-current detection (ISD), and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). Both devices are rated at 50V output voltage with a maximum current of 3.5A.
