Controladores de iluminación LED por infrarrojos MPQ7231

Los controladores de iluminación LED por infrarrojos MPQ7231 de Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) ofrecen controladores LED de frecuencia fija, corriente constante e infrarrojos (IR) con funciones integradas de seguridad ocular. Estos controladores de LED presentan un rango de tensión de entrada de funcionamiento de 6 V a 42 V y son ideales para controlar uno o dos LED IR. Los controladores LED MPQ7231 se configuran en modo Buck o Buck-Boost y alcanzan hasta 3 A y 2,4 A de corriente de pico (ILED_PEAK), respectivamente. Estos controladores utilizan la tecnología avanzada BCD FET para minimizar las pérdidas óhmicas y proporcionar MOSFET de resistencia de activación ultrabaja con 44 mΩ (HS-FET) y 40 mΩ (LS-FET). Entre las aplicaciones típicas se incluyen los sistemas de monitorización del conductor (DMS), la iluminación IR para cámaras de automóviles y los sistemas de vigilancia.
