BC846xQC NPN General-Purpose Transistors

Nexperia BC846xQC NPN General-Purpose Transistors feature high power dissipation capability, 0.5mm low package height, and are suitable for Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) of a solder joint. These transistors operate at 65V collector-emitter voltage (V_CEO), 100mA collector current (I_C), 200mA peak collector current (I_CM), and -55°C to 150°C ambient temperature range. The BC846xQC transistors are used in applications such as general-purpose switching/amplification and space-restricted applications. These transistors are available in the DFN1412D-3 leadless SMD plastic package with side-wettable flanks.
