High CV SMD Capacitor Solutions

KYOCERA AVX High Capacitance / Voltage (CV) SMD Capacitors are designed to enable optimum performance across all power applications. This ceramic capacitor solution for SMD applications includes extremely high CV (X5R) MLCCs with low ESR for general-purpose decoupling and filtering and high CV (X7R, X7S, and X8R) MLCCs with FlexiTerm for industrial, automotive (AEC-Q200), and commercial applications. KYOCERA AVX Electrolytic Capacitor solutions include small case size tantalum chip, conductive polymer, and fail-safe niobium oxide (Oxicap™) that overlap with commercial, industrial, and AEC-Q200 ceramic ratings, in many cases providing interchangeable solutions. In contrast, the larger case sizes provide even higher CV options.

KYOCERA AVX Tantalum Solid SMD Capacitors offer high reliability for the most demanding applications. As tantalum technology continues to develop, KYOCERA AVX products provide downsizing opportunities, higher capacitance ratings, new case sizes, and low ESR options for critical output filtering applications. KYOCERA AVX offers a wide range of tantalum solid SMD capacitors to meet the needs of the consumer, medical, military, and aerospace industries.

TPM Multi-Anode Ultra-Low ESR Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX TPM Multi-Anode Ultra-Low ESR Capacitors are available in a range of case codes and offer low equivalent series resistance (ESR). The series features a capacitance / voltage (CV) range of 10µF to 2200µF / 2.5V to 50V. The tantalum capacitors utilize a "mirror" multi-anode construction in the D and Y case sizes to reduce ESL to half. KYOCERA AVX TPM Multi-Anode Ultra-Low ESR Capacitors are ideal for high-power DC/DC general applications.
