AR2020 Hyperlux™ LP 20 MP Image Sensors

onsemi AR2020 Hyperlux™ LP 20MP Image Sensors are 1/1.8" back-side illuminated (BSI) stacked CMOS digital image sensors with a 5120 x 3840 active-pixel array. The AR2020 modules capture images in linear or enhanced dynamic range (eDR) modes, along with a rolling-shutter readout. These advanced sensors offer an architecture and design structure that provides high-quality performance while consuming ultra-low power. The AR2020 series is supported by a 1.4μm BSI pixel from onsemi and delivers excellent performance in lowlight and near-infrared (NIR) wavelengths. onsemi AR2020 Hyperlux LP 20MP Image Sensors feature smart region of interest (ROI), which delivers more than one ROI to give a context view of the scene at reduced bandwidth and a separate ROI in original detail. Applications include biometrics, video conferencing (VC), virtual and augmented reality, machine vision, and more.
