Circuit Protection Components

YAGEO offers complete circuit protection solutions, including overvoltage protection (OVP) components TVS, MOV, GDT, SPG, ESD, TSS, and overcurrent protection components PPTC and NTC. The TVS, MOV, and ESD products provide precise voltage clamping capability and constrain the voltage to a permissible level to prevent circuit damage by conducting significant current to ground. The GDT, SPG, and TSS products work as a switch that can be turned on to conduct transient abnormal current to ground. The PPTC and NTC resistors feature resistance dependent on temperature and can be changed along with temperature to protect circuits. YAGEO Circuit Protection products are used in all kinds of applications, including automotive, industrial, power supplies, telecommunications, and consumer electronics.

Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) Thermistors

YAGEO Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) Thermistors feature 5mm to 25mm diameter options, up to 150Ω resistance, and 0.25A to 22A current range. NTC protection components have resistances dependent on temperature, meaning they can be changed along with temperature to protect circuits. These thermistors have oxidized metal construction, are sensitive to current and temperature, and meet UL/TUV safety certifications. YAGEO NTC Thermistors are suitable for power supplies, PFC modules, transformers, and adaptors.
