Power-over-Coax (PoC) Solutions

TDK Power-over-Coax (PoC) Solutions feature a wide range of inductors suitable for automotive applications. PoC is a practical way to streamline camera wiring in modern vehicles by transmitting both data and power on a single coaxial cable, lowering cable count while improving efficiency and packaging. TFM-ALM Thin Film Metal Power Inductors

TDK TFM-ALM Thin-Film Metal Power Inductors feature a metal core with a high saturation magnetic flux density which provides excellent DC bias characteristics needed for power circuits. The inductors are magnetically shielded so leakage flux is minimized. The package size is 2.0mm x 1.6mm x 1.0mm with an inductance range of 0.47µH to 2.2µH and a rated current range of 2.4A to 5.1A maximum.

TFM-ALMA AEC-Q200 Thin Film Power Inductors

TDK TFM-ALMA Thin-Film Metal Power Inductors are AEC-Q200 compliant and ideal for automotive power circuit applications such as in-vehicle camera modules and communication modules for V2X. This series uses TDK's proprietary metallic magnetic material as its core and supports a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to +150°C. With dimensions as small as 2mm x 1.25mm x 1mm, the mounting area is downsized by approximately 22% from conventional products contributing to space-saving designs. TDK TFM-ALMA AEC-Q200 Thin Film Power Inductors provide increased robustness against mechanical stress, such as vibration and shock, due to a resin electrode structure.
