G3VM-VR SOP Package MOSFET Relays

Omron Electronics G3VM-VR MOSFET Relays are general-purpose MOSFET relays available in an SOP 4-pin or SOP 6-pin package and offer the low on-resistance and high switching capacitance of a mechanical relay. These G3VM-VR relays feature 1a contact forms and surface-mounting terminals. The load voltages range from 20V to 100V while the continuous load currents ranges from 1A to 4.5A and up to 9A for connection C. Omron Electronics G3VM-VR MOSFET Relays are available in three operating temperature ranges: -40°C to +85°C, -40°C to +110°C, and -20°C to +85°C. Typical applications include communication, security, industrial, power circuits, semiconductor test equipment, test and measurement, amusement equipment, and data loggers.

G3VM MOSFET Relays

Omron Electronics G3VM-CR/FR MOSFET Relays are the high-Current and Low-ON-resistance type relays available in a DIP 8-pin package. These relays exhibit high-class load current realization with the DIP8 package. The G3VM-CR/FR relays offer 60V to 600V load voltage range options with 0.6A to 5A continuous load current range options. Typical applications include communication equipment, industrial equipment, test & measurement equipment, security equipment, and power circuits.
