Molex has made a few changes with their HDAC family of
connectors. Please see below for further review.

The first change will be with the polarization key feature on
the bottom-side of the housing. The key feature is currently a
solid block. The new design will feature two ribs equal in
surface area as the previous solid piece, and improve part
stability by creating equal wall thicknesses throughout the
part. This change will have no effect on form, fit, or function.

The second change will be larger radius on the bottom edge of
the back side of the housing to be a more rounded edge, which is
more square in the current design. This change is to improve
mold ability and ergonomics for the operator. This change will
also have no change to form, fit, or function.

During transition, both versions may be supplied depending on
inventory.

H-DAC 64 Unsealed Connector System

Molex H-DAC 64 Unsealed Connector System provides space-saving, flexible options for unsealed applications. H-DAC 64 single- and dual-row connectors meet all unsealed USCAR-2 class 2 requirements. A positive lock with an audible click ensures proper mating and a TPA feature increases terminal retention. The single-row connector system consists of vertical and right-angle, four-circuit headers, male and female in-line connectors, and is available in three- to six-circuit configurations. Each terminal in the single-row system is capable of supporting both low-signal and low-power applications up to 10.0A. The dual-row connector system offers six- to 20-circuit configurations, as well as a 24-way hybrid connector. Each dual-row system terminal is capable of supporting both low-signal and low-power applications up to 7.0A.
