PIC12F615 & PIC12F617 Flash CMOS MCUs

Microchip Technology PIC12F615 and PIC12F617 8-bit Flash CMOS Microcontrollers (MCUs) are flash based PIC® MCUs featuring 3.5kB of self-programmable flash program memory and peripherals such as a 10-bit ADC, comparator, PWM, and VREF for closed-loop applications all in a compact 8-pin DFN, MSOP, PDIP, or SOIC package. This PIC12F615 and PIC12F617 flash CMOS MCUs serve as a low-cost alternative to data EEPROM and are useful when an application requires remote updates or the ability to store system data or look-up tables. The PIC12F615 and PIC12F617 Flash CMOS MCUs are highly suited for a variety of general-purpose applications in the consumer, appliance, industrial, medical, and other markets.
