Microchip Technology EV31H43A SAM9X75 Curiosity LAN Kit features the SAM9X75D2G MPU and serves as the evaluation platform for the SAM9X7 series devices. The Microchip Technology SAM9X75D2G is a high-performance, ultra-low power ARM926EJ-S CPU-based MPU running up to 800MHz, with integrated 2-Gbit DDR3L memory. The device includes advanced peripherals for connectivity and user interface applications, like MIPI DSI®, LVDS, RGB, 2D graphics, MIPI-CSI-2, Gigabit Ethernet with TSN, USB, and CAN-FD. The device also provides robust security features like tamper detection, secure boot, secure key storage, TRNG, PUF, and high-performance AES/SHA crypto accelerators.
