ELG Aluminum Electrolytic Snap-in Capacitors

KEMET ELG Series Snap-in Capacitors are compact, high ripple current snap-in capacitors with excellent surge voltage capability. The KEMET ELG Series Snap-in Capacitors offer long life - for 2000 hrs @ 105ºC - and are suited for high reliability and long life applications such as frequency converters, UPS systems, and switch mode power supplies, but the extended temperature range allows increased ripple currents at lower temperatures.

Group Power Conversion Components

YAGEO Group (YAGEO, Pulse, KEMET) designs passive component technologies that are critical in power conversion systems, including safety, snubber, and DC link capacitors; current sense and power resistors; and magnetic components such as transformers, common mode chokes, and inductors. Because every electronic device requires power, a vast majority of these products utilize a form of power conversion or power supply to deliver the required energy. 

Group Switch Tank Converter Products

YAGEO Group (KEMET, YAGEO, Pulse) Switch Tank Converter (STC) Products are high-efficiency, high-density converters designed for non-isolated DC-DC applications. These snap-in capacitors feature rated voltages up to 600VDC and temperatures up to +125°C. KEMET optimizes the capacitor construction to offer an application-specific balance between required life, temperature, ripple current, physical size, and cost.
