Hirose Electronics One Action FH™ FPC/FFC Connectors provide easy and simple connection simply by insertion (signified by a clear tactile click) with no actuator operation required. Locking is completed simultaneously as the FPC/FFC insertion, so incomplete mating does not occur. Work time and operation steps are reduced to 1/3rd for a significant reduction in person-hours. One Action FH™ connectors feature a large taper on the opening to allow smooth insertion. A unique spring design reduces the FPC/FCC insertion force and improves insertion performance. The Hirose Electronics One Action FH™ FPC/FFC Connectors can also be used in narrow spaces, even with other parts nearby, since only insertion is required.

FH63S One-Action Lock Shielded FPC/FFC Connectors

Hirose Electric FH63S One-Action Lock Shielded FPC/FFC Connectors are 0.5mm-pitch flexible printed circuit connectors with a patented single-action flip-lock technology. These connectors feature a ground pin to work with shielded FFC for EMI prevention and optimal signal integrity, while supporting HDMI 1.4a, USB 3.0, Embedded DisplayPort 1.3, and V-by-One HS protocols. The connectors combine a 13N insertion with activation of the single-action flip lock and a retention force of 19.5N in a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Hirose Electric FH63S One-Action Lock Shielded FPC/FFC Connectors are ideal for automated pick-and-place assembly processes and offer flux and solder-wicking prevention.
