HDP65 & MDP65 65W AC-DC Power Supplies

Bel Power Solutions HDP65 and MDP65 65W AC-DC Power Supplies feature open-frame construction with a universal input voltage range from 90V_AC to 264V_AC and a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. These convection-cooled power supplies are designed using GaN power technology and provide a high power density of 17.20W/in³ and high efficiency of up to 92%. Bel Power Solutions HDP65 and MDP65 AC-DC Power Supplies offer output power up to 65W, RoHS compliance, and Nemko and UL safety approvals. The HDP65 series meets IEC 62368 safety standards and is ideal for industrial applications. The MDP65 series meets IEC 60601 safety standards and 2 x MOPP, making it ideal for medical applications, including body floating (BF).
